Coaches of ECA have varied multidisciplinary skills and most act as free-lancer. The license of ECA, is the guarantee of a qualified training and professional experience of the coach, according to area of coaching that develops their services, and thus, ECA brings transparency and seriousness in a market, that the name "coach" is not well defined and protected by law.

What is an International Certification in Business or Life Coaching recognized by ECA?

For a company to certify a participant who successfully completes the course of coaching, business or life, it’s necessary that the trainers are recognized and approved according with international rules, and also that the coaching programs offered are approved. The trainers must be experienced coaches in the area, to have training as trainer coach, in addition to the academic and professional experience required. Thus, the certificate of MORE Institut, Ltd, will have a SEAL of ECA (European Coaching Association).
